Company overview
Kusum Industries is a leading manufacturer of pre-stressed concrete cement (PSCC) poles in Madhya Pradesh. We have five manufacturing plants across the state with a production capacity of 250,000 units annually. Our plants cater to rural electrification demand for MPEB (Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board) and private companies.

About Us
Our Managing Director
Chaitanya Jain, Managing Director of Kusum Industries, is a successful entrepreneur with humble beginnings. From an early age, he aspired to create opportunities for others through business.
After completing his Industrial Engineering degree, he started his entrepreneurial journey with Boni Foods, investing just ₹20,000 in a packaged food venture. After four years, he diversified into manufacturing PCC (Pre-stressed Cement Concrete) Electricity Poles by leasing a factory from the Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Company.
Recognising the growing demand for rural electrification in India, Chaitanya invested in process improvement and modern technology. At a time when most competitors relied on outdated manufacturing methods, he travelled extensively to study advanced systems and set up one of the first modern PCC pole plants in Madhya Pradesh—a milestone achievement that boosted his confidence and credibility.
With continued success, he expanded operations and today, Kusum Industries owns five manufacturing plants across Madhya Pradesh, supplying all three state electricity distribution companies. The company proudly contributes to the Government of India’s “Saubhagya Yojana”, a flagship initiative to bring electricity to every household in rural India.
Chaitanya’s cheerful and positive outlook makes him an inspiring leader. He enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, playing chess, and listening to music.
